| LISTSERV Catskill Choral Society has set up a listserv, which is an e-mail service that allows a message sent to one e-mail address to be sent out to all the members of the list. To sign up, open a new e-mail message in your e-mail program. Type the following in the "To:" field of the message, or click the link below: listserv@listserv.hartwick.edu In the body of the message, type the following: sub ccs (first name) (last name) where (first name) is your first name, and (last name) is your last name. For example, John Smith's message to the listserv would read: sub ccs John Smith You will get a confirmation message from the server. Once you are signed up, any message you send to the e-mail address ccs@listserv.hartwick.edu will go to everyone else who has signed up. If you have any questions, contact John Willis, who is maintaining the listserv. |

SHEET MUSIC Chorus members are reminded to treat their sheet music with care. Those who wish to purchase the sheet music may do so; contact John Willis for more information. Those who are borrowing their music are asked to use only #2 pencil to make any markings. All markings must be erased before music is returned at the end of the semester. A post-concert critique and discussion session is usually held the Thursday after the concert; music can be returned at that time. MESSAGE BOARD As an alternative to the listserv, a Catskill Choral Society messageboard offers a place for members to discuss "non-essential" matters. This is a great place to post information about upcoming events or to have other discussions that aren't directly related to CCS business. To visit the CCS message board, click here. You will be asked to create a user name and password in order to post a comment. For more information about the message board, e-mail me at catskillcs@gmail.com. |
